Paumes is a small publishing company that represents a group of European designers and illustrators working in Japan. Their published titles are characterised by quirky layouts and bright photos of eclectically styled rooms and interiors from all over Europe, including London, Stockholm, and Paris.
To celebrate the release of their first ‘Tokyo’ publication, Tokyo Home Ateliers, they are having an exhibition at their Aoyama gallery. The latest book features the workspaces of 17 artists working in Tokyo, and the exhibition shows lovely handmade items pertaining to their creative lifestyles, including accessories, shoes, hats, and illustrations.
