When an old t-shirt goes missing a grief stricken weather girl takes it upon herself to investigate the disappearance. Years later when the t-shirt returns as a purse, the weather girl discovers that the t-shirt is part of a colourful plot to ‘change’ the lives of the South Africans who make them.
