It is so cold here today that I have a puffer on. A dude in the street just told me he thought I was wearing a sleeping bag, mostly I think because I am making the sound George Costanza made in the swishy trouser Seinfeld episode. Swish tap swish tap. Embarrassing but at least I’m walking – I could be in bed in my sleeping bag so be grateful I got up I say! This dress offers the same swish, but in a summery version.
