I think I’ve got the whole flying thing worked out. What you want to do is find a big grassy hill to run down. You’ll also need to be wearing a flowy dress to catch the wind. As you’re running, lean forward a little and let the wind lift you off the ground. (This may take a couple of goes). Once you’re in the air, there’s a good chance people will be able to see up your dress, but who cares, you’re flying right?
