1.To start, lie flat on your back, holding your head up off the floor.
2.Push your shoulders up towards your ears, arching your back at the same time.
3.Bend your knees up slightly and raise your arms a little. Use your shoulders and heels to push yourself backward. Repeat several times or until somebody helps you up.
