I have come to understand what caused the demise of Fido Dido, he encountered his Doppelganger. The seeing of your other self is very bad luck and is considered an omen of death. Fido had some good years at the top but legend has it he began to see himself everywhere. The scariest images were those with slightly altered appearances just like the one on this t-shirt. It was the end of Fido Dido and the term fashion suicide had a whole new meaning.
