The moronic builders next door that I have complained about on occasion are, generally, absolutely useless. They are slow and muddled. There are too many of them and nothing ever gets done. And yet they have one thing in common – all of them have pencils in their pockets. They don’t know how to use them but they look really professional nonetheless. A good tip for anyone don’t you think?
