Wet, Sept/Nov 1979 religion issue, Go see Postmodernism: Style and Subversion at the V&A until January 15.

Bringing together art, design, architecture, music, film, photography and fashion, the Postmodernism exhibition at the V&A explores the radical, ridiculous and wonderfully wild creativity of the 1970s–1990s. Props from Blade Runner including Ron Arad’s concrete stereo and turntable, extracts from experimental documentary filmmaker Godfrey Reggio’s Koyaanisqatsi, performance pieces by Leigh Bowery and some seriously kitsch industrial and product design are among the show’s offerings. Postmodernism is a fun and fascinating insight into what is a largely undefinable movement.
