I usually play My Girl in my head during happy times, like when riding my bike. It also popped into my head after a revitalising microdermabrasion procedure. It was brilliant! Microdermabrasion is a technique used to exfoliate dead skin sells and repair skin. The salon procedure is non-invasive and whilst it isn’t a relaxing facial, it certainly doesn’t hurt. The result is a radiant complexion similar to that of Anna Chlumksy in My Girl the movie; young, fresh and hopefully fancy-free. Personally this treatment has had a long-lasting positive effect on my face. “What can make me feel this waaaaaay…”
